ALTINA Sparkling Rosé is crafted with layered notes of bright crunchy fruit, tart native Rosella and a hint of citrus. Crisp, lively bubbles with a dry finish. Pop the cork and Celebrate! 

We gently remove the alcohol from premium Australian wine and blend it with health-giving botanicals to create a complex, delicious non-alc. experience.  

 

With salmon and avocado tartare, prosciutto-wrapped grilled asparagus and grilled vegetable galette or something sweeter like a summer berry salad, raspberry macarons or strawberry shortcake.

Your delicious alcohol-free drinks are normally shipped within 2 business days. Please note all parcels are sent with an authority to leave in a safe place (no signature required). 

We send all our parcels with Australia Post. You can use a Parcel Locker (recommended if you live in an apartment), or PO Box.

Standard Delivery is free for orders over $140 or $8 for all other orders - normally delivered in 2-15 business days. Parcels may be sent with Australia Post or Aramex.

Express Delivery is only available on 12 bottle packs or 48 can packs to metro areas. This option is $20 per pack and is normally delivered in 1-4 business days. For orders of 2+ packs, we will contact you post-purchase. Note: We reserve the right to refund any express shipping options that fall outside of metro areas and send via standard delivery options.     It tastes so good.

    Altina's Sparkling Rosé is a game changer for me. My go-to drinks are: wine, coffee, tea or water. I don't care for soft drinks and rarely drink them. Deciding to cut back on alcohol I have tried several name brand non-alcoholic wines. However, they all tasted like soft drinks to me but not Altina's. Their Sparkling Rosé tastes just like the 'real deal'. It's so lovely to have a drink that looks and tastes like wine that I keep having to remind myself that it isn't. I'm now about to place an order for the taster pack, and will certainly be joining the Wine Club once I decide on my favourites.

    Good enough for a milestone celebration

    I first tried Altina Sparkling Rose at my company's Christmas Party in 2025 where I enjoyed it very much and noted down what it was for a future event. I recently turned 60 and we had several bottles of Altina Sparkling Rose throughout the evening. It is so light and refreshing, in addition to being non-alcoholic. I also love the pretty colour!

    this is the best....and Ive tried many!

    Having tried many non alcoholic versions to no avail, absolutely delighted with this one! Now taking a bottle with me to functions and offering to friends...who are shocked when told not alcoholic! I like it super chilled 🙂

HOW WE MAKE OUR

NON ALC. WINES

We remove the alcohol from premium Australian wine and blend it with beautiful botanicals and native Australian ingredients. We don't add any sugars or grape juice concentrate, so our wines are dry (not sweet). The result is a beautifully nuanced, complex non alcoholic drink that mimics the experience of a fine wine.

OUR STORY

MEET THE FOUNDERS

We're Alan and Christina (Al-tina!), partners in business and life.

We used to enjoy a wine (or ten), but cut back for health reasons. We couldn't find a non-alc. drink we enjoyed, so decided to create one. We wanted something that wasn't full of sugars or artificial additives, and something that gave us the same experience as an alcoholic wine.

Christina is our scientist and has a Ph.D. in Plant Science and a Bachelor of Chemical Biotechnology. She's the one behind our innovative recipes and processes.

Alan is the driving force behind our national sales, making sure we're on shelves and menus around the country.

We've been making change in the non-alc. space since 2018 and look forward to helping you find your new favourite non-alcoholic alternative.
