Unlike many non-alcoholic wines that rely on added sugar or juice, FLOWSTATE starts with real wine, gently dealcoholised, then layered with botanicals for depth and balance (just like ALTINA). On top of that, we add FLOWSTATE L-theanine a rare amino acid found in green tea. It’s not just about taste, it’s about how you feel. 

Like our ALTINA wines, FlowState Shiraz and Mango Spritzer begin with premium Australian wine, gently de-alcoholised and layered with botanicals for depth and complexity.

Our Yuzu Spritz takes a different approach, combining yuzu, green tea and apple cider vinegar to create a bright, sparkling wine alternative.

All three drinks contain our FlowState blend with L-theanine.

L-theanine is a well-researched, rare amino acid found in green tea. It's one of the ingredients in our FlowState range.

• FLOWSTATE Shiraz: A full-bodied red with dark fruit notes, gentle tannins, and a peppery finish.
• FLOWSTATE Mango Spritzer: Crisp, sparkling, and tropical, balanced with citrus and herbal undertones.
• FLOWSTATE Yuzu Spritz: A crisp Apple cider vinegar base layered with yuzu and green tea.

All are refreshingly dry, with no added sugar, juice, or syrup.

Shiraz

Profile: Dark fruit notes, gentle tannins, and subtle spice. Pairs Perfectly with:

• Slow-Cooked Lamb Shanks
• Roasted Eggplant with Tahini & Pomegranate 
• Dark Chocolate & Sea Salt
• Aged Cheddar or Manchego

Serve at room temperature in a red wine glass. Decant if desired. After opening, refrigerate and consume within 2 days.

Mango Spritzer

Profile: Bright, refreshing, lightly tropical with a crisp spritz. Uplifting and easy-drinking. Pairs Perfectly with:

• Fresh Prawn Tacos with Lime & Coriander
• Summer Salads with Feta & Mint
• Mango & Coconut Tart
• Soft Cheeses (Burrata or Brie)

Serve well chilled in a flute or coupe. After opening, seal well refrigerate and consume within 2 days.

Yuzu Spritz

Profile: Bright yuzu citrus, delicate green tea notes and refreshing bubbles, with a crisp, lightly tart finish. Pairs perfectly with:

• Fresh Sushi & Sashimi
• Prawn Gyoza with Ginger & Soy
• Crispy Vegetable Tempura
• Grilled Salmon with Sesame & Lime

Serve well chilled in a wine glass, with or without ice and a slice of cucumber. Best enjoyed immediately after opening.

Absolutely. The FLOWSTATE blend is the same, so you can swap between Shiraz, Mango Spritzer and Yuzu Spritz depending on your mood, meal, or setting.

FlowState Yuzu Spritz has an apple cider vinegar base and contains 0.0% alcohol.
