1. Promotion period: Golden November runs from 1 November 2026 to 30 November 2026.

2. Golden Card offer: Every eligible ALTINA order placed during the promotion period will receive one Golden Card.
Each Golden Card contains a unique, single-use code providing $22 off a future eligible ALTINA order.
The wording “a bottle or four-pack of cans, on us” refers to this $22 discount. No separate bottle or four-pack is automatically added to the order.
Golden Cards may be kept by the original recipient or given to someone else.

3. Eligible November orders: The Golden Card offer applies to paid direct-to-consumer orders placed through https://altinadrinks.com/ for delivery within Australia during the promotion period, including Wine Club orders.
Wholesale, staff, complimentary and replacement orders are excluded.
Orders cancelled before fulfilment will not receive a Golden Card.
One Golden Card is issued per eligible order, regardless of the number of products or cases purchased.

4. Eligible redemption orders: Golden Card codes may be redeemed against:
• 3, 6 or 12 bottles
• 24 or 48 cans
• eligible ALTINA bundles in equivalent pack formats, including the Taster Collection and Build Your Own bundles
• eligible Wine Club orders in these formats

5. How to redeem: To redeem a Golden Card, add an eligible purchase to cart and enter the unique code printed on the card at checkout.
Each Golden Card code:
• provides $22 off one eligible order
• is valid on eligible one-time and Wine Club subscription orders
• may be used in addition to normal Wine Club subscription pricing
• may only be redeemed once
• is transferable
• cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit
• cannot be combined with another promotional discount code or promotional stock-up discount
• applies to the product value of the order and not shipping charges
• expires at 11:59pm AEDT on 31 January 2027
If an order placed using a Golden Card code is subsequently cancelled or refunded, the code will not automatically be reinstated or reissued, except where required by law.

6. Missing, lost or replacement orders: Replacement orders do not automatically receive an additional physical Golden Card.
If an eligible November order arrives without a Golden Card, please contact orders@altinadrinks.com. Once the order's eligibility is confirmed, ALTINA may provide a replacement $22 Golden Card code electronically.
If an eligible November order is lost in transit and the Golden Card is not received, please contact orders@altinadrinks.com. ALTINA may provide a replacement $22 Golden Card code electronically once the lost order is confirmed.

7. Lost or used Golden Cards: Golden Cards and their unique codes should be treated like cash.
ALTINA is not responsible for lost or misplaced Golden Cards or for codes that have already been redeemed by another person.
Once a Golden Card code has been redeemed, it cannot be used again.

8. Expiry: Golden Card codes must be redeemed by 11:59pm AEDT on 31 January 2027.
Golden Cards are supplied free of charge as part of a temporary marketing promotion and are not available for purchase.

9. General: ALTINA may make reasonable changes to the promotion where necessary due to circumstances outside its control, provided those changes do not unfairly disadvantage customers.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
