The perfect blend of premium de-alcoholised Sauvignon Blanc and Native Australian Finger Lime. Bright aroma of white nectarine and fresh cucumber. A crisp, lingering finish underpinned with herbaceous notes.

Key Ingredients: De-alc Sauvignon Blanc, Australian Finger Lime, Fresh Cucumber, Green Capsicum.

The perfect blend of premium de-alcoholised Sauvignon Blanc, Shiraz and Native Australian Kakadu Plum. A refreshing bouquet of just-ripe strawberry and subtle pink rose. A crisp, dry finish, with a hint of spice.

La Vie En Rose - Crisp Rose Bubbles

We gently remove the alcohol from premium Australian wine and blend it with health-giving botanicals to create a complex, delicious non-alc. experience. The tasting experience is nuanced and layered. Delicious flavours build in complexity as you sip.

We don't add any sugars, sweeteners or juices, and all of our drinks are low in calories.

Board care instructions: Hand wash in warm soapy water before first use. Wipe clean and keep dry after each use. Not suitable for use in the dishwasher. Season the board occasionally with cooking oil.

La Vie En Rose Pairs Perfectly with savoury foods such as brie cheese, ham, smoked salmon, chicken, asparagus or even sweeter foods like chocolate and raspberries. ALTINA La Vie En Rose is a versatile alcohol-free rose wine.

Le Blanc Pairs Perfectly with oysters, prawns, crudités, sushi, fried canapes, prosciutto ham, smoked cheeses, rich salads like niçoise and fried potatoes all pair beautifully with ALTINA Le Blanc. The clean and delicate taste along with the acidity of the bubbles acts as a palate cleanser against the saltiness and fat of the foods listed above.

Sansgria Pairs Perfectly with tapas dishes such as croquettes, olives, calamari or Manchego cheese. ALTINA Sansgria is bold enough to compliment robust flavours such as chargrilled vegetables or a BBQ’d steak.

Pepperberry Shiraz Pairs Perfectly with chargrilled steak and roast vegetables. At home with an Italian pizza or pasta as much as it is with a rich, slow cooked meal.

Great way to try the selection and the little board is cute!

The pilsner is the only drink that we have enjoyed - still have the sangria and the sparkling brut to try.

I desperately wanted to like the taste - the red was the one we most looked forwards to but overpowered with the peppery taste - the kakadu plum rose again did not resemble wine with the exception of visually. Such a pretty colour. The only one we drank a glass of was the vie en rose which was never wine to begin with - pleasant but the finish also peppery was off putting. I love the premise but feel I have wasted money after being sold in the marketing expecting a better experience than other no alcohol wines. The Pilsner however was excellent - smelt appealing , tasted appealing and was very enjoyable and I would prefer this over a standard beer. Taste is an individual thing but these not wines are not for us. Beautiful idea and great marketing campaign though …

HOW WE MAKE OUR

NON ALC. WINES

We remove the alcohol from premium Australian wine and blend it with beautiful botanicals and native Australian ingredients. We don't add any sugars or grape juice concentrate, so our wines are dry (not sweet). The result is a beautifully nuanced, complex non alcoholic drink that mimics the experience of a fine wine.

OUR STORY

MEET THE FOUNDERS

We're Alan and Christina (Al-tina!), partners in business and life.

We used to enjoy a wine (or ten), but cut back for health reasons. We couldn't find a non-alc. drink we enjoyed, so decided to create one. We wanted something that wasn't full of sugars or artificial additives, and something that gave us the same experience as an alcoholic wine.

Christina is our scientist and has a Ph.D. in Plant Science and a Bachelor of Chemical Biotechnology. She's the one behind our innovative recipes and processes.

Alan is the driving force behind our national sales, making sure we're on shelves and menus around the country.

We've been making change in the non-alc. space since 2018 and look forward to helping you find your new favourite non-alcoholic alternative.
