  2. Express Delivery: $12.50 - normally delivered in 1-4 business days. Note: We use the Australia Post Express service for all parcels outside ACT. Within the ACT, parcels may be delivered by Australia Post Express or Aramex.

Loved them

I loved them all. I especially loved the little containers of dried flowers and fruit and the ice makers. Really great touch. I have enjoyed trying this brand and I will definitely repurchase.

As an ex drinker of 2.5 years now I really appreciate being able to still have a great tasting drink that is alcohol free in a beautiful glass while others are drinking around me. Thank you!

Poor Customer Service.

I placed a large order for Christmas, paying for express delivery, hoping to give many of my loved ones a bottle for Christmas. I ordered through the Altina website which was slightly more than Dan Murphy's, but I wanted to support a small Australian business and buy direct - this was a mistake. Despite paying for express post, it has been several weeks, with no sign of the order, and Aus post has stopped updating the package, indicating it is likely lost. While the fault of the post lays with Aus Post, the Altina team have not handled this in a satisfactory way, offering to resend the order but charge me again if the lost order is ever found and delivered. This is not acceptable. The response has been disappointing, to say the least. I have communicated my displeasure with the team, and I feel scammed. If you want to try this company, by all means give them at shot at Dan Murphy's if it's there, but never buy from them directly.

Hi Clair,
We're sorry to hear how disappointed you are with our customer service and your purchase. We were very responsive via email and message to all of your inquiries. Unfortunately we were at the mercy of Auspost and couldn't send a replacement until they had completed their investigation and formally marked the parcel as lost (we gave you the option to re-send the parcel prior to receiving the outcome from Auspost as we knew you were keen to get it asap, and asked if the parcel was found, that you return it to us if it was delivered). We sent out the replacement as soon as it had been declared lost.

HOW WE MAKE OUR

NON ALC. WINES

We remove the alcohol from premium Australian wine and blend it with beautiful botanicals and native Australian ingredients. We don't add any sugars or grape juice concentrate, so our wines are dry (not sweet). The result is a beautifully nuanced, complex non alcoholic drink that mimics the experience of a fine wine.

OUR STORY

MEET THE FOUNDERS

We're Alan and Christina (Al-tina!), partners in business and life.

We used to enjoy a wine (or ten), but cut back for health reasons. We couldn't find a non-alc. drink we enjoyed, so decided to create one. We wanted something that wasn't full of sugars or artificial additives, and something that gave us the same experience as an alcoholic wine.

Christina is our scientist and has a Ph.D. in Plant Science and a Bachelor of Chemical Biotechnology. She's the one behind our innovative recipes and processes.

Alan is the driving force behind our national sales, making sure we're on shelves and menus around the country.

We've been making change in the non-alc. space since 2018 and look forward to helping you find your new favourite non-alcoholic alternative.
