The Non Alcoholic Wine Mocktail kit contains 4 of our bestselling still wines; Sparkling Sansgria, Pepperberry Shiraz, Finger Lime Sauvignon Blanc and Kakadu Plum Rosé, 2 mini ball ice cube tray, a garnish bauble and 4 food safe liquid baubles (these have a flat bottom for easy handling and are made from quality clear plastic so they can be re-used).

Fill the ice cube tray with non-alc. wine of your choice, then freeze. Fill the baubles with the wine and chill until ready to serve.

Fill the wine glass with the ice balls, pop in a garnish and place the liquid bauble on top of the glass. Then enjoy pouring the drink into the glass when you're ready to sip!

Sansgria pairs perfectly with tapas dishes such as croquettes, olives,  calamari or Manchego cheese. ALTINA Sansgria is bold enough to compliment robust flavours such as chargrilled vegetables or a BBQ’d steak.

Kakadu Plum Rosé Pairs Perfectly with salads, light pasta and rice dishes and goats cheeses. Pairs beautifully with seafood – grilled fish, scallops and prawns. Perfect summer drinking.

Finger Lime Sauvignon Blanc Pairs Perfectly with sage butter roast chicken, creamy smoked salmon risotto, freshly shucked oysters or a burrata salad.

You will have two options for delivery at checkout:
  1. Standard Delivery: Free for orders over $140 or $8 for all other orders - normally delivered in 2-15 business days. Parcels may be sent with Australia Post or Aramex
  2. Express Delivery: $12.50 - normally delivered in 1-4 business days. Note: We use the Australia Post Express service for all parcels outside ACT. Within the ACT, parcels may be delivered by Australia Post Express or Aramex.

The Switch!

Switching from alcohol white/red wine mocktails has been delicious. I notice no difference in taste and wake up every morning more refreahed. I also loved the little extras, ice container etc.

Great wines

Fairly new to the non alcoholic market but really enjoyed these wines.

Specifically the Rose and the Sauv Blanc tasted amazing - not overly sweet and didn’t taste like grape juice.

Plan to order a dozen of each they are that nice.

Mocktail kit

I love the Riberry Sangria. I freshly squeezed some orange juice made them into ice cubes as suggested and added a few goodies that are included. It was delicious. The social gathering I went to was intrigued of my beverage. I loved the taste and am keen to try the other wines. I love the use of Australian native fruits and it being non alcoholic. I will definitely reorder. Thank you for making a beautiful product.

HOW WE MAKE OUR

NON ALC. WINES

We remove the alcohol from premium Australian wine and blend it with beautiful botanicals and native Australian ingredients. We don't add any sugars or grape juice concentrate, so our wines are dry (not sweet). The result is a beautifully nuanced, complex non alcoholic drink that mimics the experience of a fine wine.

OUR STORY

MEET THE FOUNDERS

We're Alan and Christina (Al-tina!), partners in business and life.

We used to enjoy a wine (or ten), but cut back for health reasons. We couldn't find a non-alc. drink we enjoyed, so decided to create one. We wanted something that wasn't full of sugars or artificial additives, and something that gave us the same experience as an alcoholic wine.

Christina is our scientist and has a Ph.D. in Plant Science and a Bachelor of Chemical Biotechnology. She's the one behind our innovative recipes and processes.

Alan is the driving force behind our national sales, making sure we're on shelves and menus around the country.

We've been making change in the non-alc. space since 2018 and look forward to helping you find your new favourite non-alcoholic alternative.
