TIPS and FAQs

I HAVE A SWEET TOOTH

ALTINA's NA wines are are dry
(there's no added sugars). If you like a sweeter mocktail, we recommend muddling with a sweeter fruit (eg. lychee).

Alternatively, make a simple syrup (dissolve 1 part sugar in 1 part water) and add this to the glass before the ice.

How much ice should i use?

For a standard wine glass, to get the look above , we recommend at least one full ice ball tray per glass. You can freeze the ice balls ahead of time and store them in a container in the freezer.

Using wine or fruit juice in your ice mould stops the drink from getting too watery as the ice melts.

How do i use the ball ice mould?

Fill the bottom of the tray with liquid (approx 2/3 full). Put the lid (the one with the holes) on and squeeze. The lid should stay in place, however feel free to place a rubber band around the middle of the tray.

To release the balls, gently bend the tray to loosen the ice balls. Lift the lid, invert and gently tap into a bowl/container.

Presentation is everything!

Make this festive mocktail experience as interactive as you like.

Put out a selection of fruit, garnishes, wine and ice balls.

Guests can fill their own baubles and glasses, then garnish and pour!
