This Apple Raspberry Spritz combines fresh raspberries, crisp apple and lemon, all shaken over ice before being topped with ALTINA La Vie En Rose for the bubbles.

It’s fresh, fruity and a little tart, and surprisingly easy to make at home.

The slightly different bit here is that the raspberry, lemon and apple are shaken first, then the sparkling rosé is added at the end.

Ingredients

Serves 1

4 raspberries
30 ml fresh lemon juice
60 ml apple juice or non alcoholic apple cider
ALTINA La Vie En Rose, to top
Optional: apple rose, to garnish

How to Make an Apple Raspberry Spritz

Add the raspberries and fresh lemon juice to a cocktail shaker.
Muddle gently to release the raspberry juices.
Add the apple juice and ice.
Shake well.
Strain over fresh ice into a spritz or wine glass.
Top with ALTINA La Vie En Rose.
Stir gently to combine.
Garnish with an apple rose, if desired.

And yes, the little rose is made from apple peel. Completely optional, but apparently much easier than it looks.
