Finger Lime Sauvignon Blanc
The perfect blend of premium de-alcoholised Sauvignon Blanc and Native Australian Finger Lime. Bright aroma of white nectarine and fresh cucumber. A crisp, lingering finish underpinned with herbaceous notes.
Kakadu Plum Rosé
The perfect blend of premium de-alcoholised Sauvignon Blanc, Shiraz and Native Australian Kakadu Plum. A refreshing bouquet of just-ripe strawberry and subtle pink rose. A crisp, dry finish, with a hint of spice.
Pepperberry Shiraz
The perfect blend of premium de-alcoholised Shiraz and Native Australian Pepperberry. Bursting with juicy red fruits and a hint of dark chocolate. A dry, smooth finish, with notes of vanilla and layered lingering spice.
Sparkling Brut
The perfect blend of premium de-alcoholised wine and Native Australian Peach (Quandong), crafted in the style of a Sparkling Brut Chardonnay. A medley of summer fruit on the nose and palate, supported by crisp acidity and vanilla notes.
Sparkling Rosé
The perfect blend of premium de-alcoholised Sauvignon Blanc, Shiraz and Native Australian Rosella, crafted in the style of a Sparkling Rosé. Layered notes of bright crunchy fruit, tart native Rosella and a hint of citrus. Crisp, lively bubbles with a dry finish.
Sparkling Sansgria
The perfect blend of premium de-alcoholised Shiraz andNative Australian Riberry, crafted in the style of a Sparkling Sangria. A fiesta of red fruit and citrus dance across the palate. A complex and refreshing finish with a hint of spice and vanilla.
La Vie En Rose - Crisp Rose Bubbles (no de-alcoholised wine)
The perfect blend of delicate Pink Rose Petals and the subtle tang of Hibiscus Flowers. Finished with crisp notes while lingering in the sweetness of Orange and Apple Tarte.
Le Blanc - Elegant White Bubbles (no de-alcoholised wine)
The perfect blend of vibrant Native Australian Forestberry, earthy roasted Wattleseed and crisp Apple. A light and refreshing finish with the lingering warmth of cayenne and dry Green Tea.
Parc Pils
Brewed in the timeless Czech style, this non alcoholic beer is crisp and clean, and refreshingly bitter. With the addition of a healthy handful of noble hops, Parc is bursting with character and aroma. It has ultra-low alcohol levels, zero sugar and a low calorie count. ALTINA Sparkling Rosé pairs perfectly with salmon and avocado tartare, prosciutto-wrapped grilled asparagus and grilled vegetable galette or something sweeter like a summer berry salad, raspberry macarons or strawberry shortcake.
ALTINA Sparkling Brut pairs perfectly with a grilled prawn and citrus salad, smoked salmon canapes, grilled vegetable platter or spinach and feta stuff mushrooms.

Le Blanc Pairs Perfectly with oysters, prawns, crudités, sushi, fried canapes, prosciutto ham, smoked cheeses, rich salads like niçoise and fried potatoes all pair beautifully with ALTINA Le Blanc. The clean and delicate taste along with the acidity of the bubbles acts as a palate cleanser against the saltiness and fat of the foods listed above.
