Why Finger Lime Sauvignon Blanc Pairs with Salmon

Salmon works particularly well with wines that have freshness and acidity to balance its richness.

ALTINA Finger Lime Sauvignon Blanc is crisp and refreshing, with native finger lime adding a bright citrus edge that makes a lot of sense alongside salmon, cucumber and avocado.

It is also non alcoholic, vegan and gluten free, very low in calories compared with alcoholic wine, and made with no added sugar.

Serve it well chilled alongside these crispy salmon rice bowls.
