We had a mishap with the labelling machine, so while these bottles don't have their usual front, back and neck labels, the liquid inside is still as good as always. 

These are sold as single flavour and premixed packs only, please select your preferred 6 or 12 pack above. See below for description of each flavour, tasting notes, pairings and more.

All sales are final, we cannot offer a refund for change of mind on these products (damaged/lost parcels will be refunded if package protection is purchased).

Additional Information for Unlabelled Bottles

You will be emailed a digital copy of the label after purchase. If you order multiple here's how to tell what's in the box:

  • Pepperberry Shiraz comes in a dark green bottle with a black screw cap
  • Sparkling Brut comes in a larger, heavier antique green bottle and will have the good hood and a cork.
  • Finger Lime Sauvignon Blanc comes in a slightly blue-tinged bottle or a dark green bottle, with a gold screw cap lid.

The name will be printed on the outside of the box, and may be abbreviated (FSB = Finger Lime Sauvignon Blanc, SBR = Sparkling Brut, PSH = Pepperberry Shiraz).

All have at least 18 months shelf life, the best before date and batch can be found etched into the bottle near the base.

ALTINA Finger Lime Sauvignon Blanc

The perfect blend of premium de-alcoholised Sauvignon Blanc and Native Australian Finger Lime. Bright aroma of white nectarine and fresh cucumber. A crisp, lingering finish underpinned with herbaceous notes.

 ALTINA Pepperberry Shiraz

The perfect blend of premium de-alcoholised Shiraz and Native Australian Pepperberry. Bursting with juicy red fruits and a hint of dark chocolate. A dry, smooth finish, with notes of vanilla and layered lingering spice.

ALTINA Sparkling Brut

The perfect blend of premium de-alcoholised wine and Native Australian Peach (Quandong), crafted in the style of a Sparkling Brut Chardonnay. A medley of summer fruit on the nose and palate, supported by crisp acidity and vanilla notes. 

Finger Lime Sauvignon Blanc Pairs Perfectly with sage butter roast chicken, creamy smoked salmon risotto, freshly shucked oysters or a burrata salad.

Pepperberry Shiraz Pairs Perfectly with chargrilled steak and roast vegetables. At home with an Italian pizza or pasta as much as it is with a rich, slow cooked meal.

ALTINA Sparkling Brut pairs perfectly with a grilled prawn and citrus salad, smoked salmon canapes, grilled vegetable platter or spinach and feta stuff mushrooms.

Great product!

This has been a great way to reduce my alcohol consumption while still satisfying that habit/urge to have something to sip while cooking, or later in the evening. I've changed seamlessly to weeknights with the Altina shiraz, and only drinking regular wine at the weekend. And in the process surprised myself, as I thought I might miss the alcohol, but it turns out it must be the taste or habit that is the more addictive than the alcohol! The Altina shiraz is a different taste, but no less satisfying than similarly priced regular red wines, and much better than other alcohol-free wines I have tried in the past.

HOW WE MAKE OUR

NON ALC. WINES

We remove the alcohol from premium Australian wine and blend it with beautiful botanicals and native Australian ingredients. We don't add any sugars or grape juice concentrate, so our wines are dry (not sweet). The result is a beautifully nuanced, complex non alcoholic drink that mimics the experience of a fine wine.

OUR STORY

MEET THE FOUNDERS

We're Alan and Christina (Al-tina!), partners in business and life.

We used to enjoy a wine (or ten), but cut back for health reasons. We couldn't find a non-alc. drink we enjoyed, so decided to create one. We wanted something that wasn't full of sugars or artificial additives, and something that gave us the same experience as an alcoholic wine.

Christina is our scientist and has a Ph.D. in Plant Science and a Bachelor of Chemical Biotechnology. She's the one behind our innovative recipes and processes.

Alan is the driving force behind our national sales, making sure we're on shelves and menus around the country.

We've been making change in the non-alc. space since 2018 and look forward to helping you find your new favourite non-alcoholic alternative.
