My new favourite

I’ve been through all the other non alcoholic versions of Shiraz but this one is definitely superior. The pepperberry makes it easy to sip and savour. Very palatable ❤️

No good for me

Not to my taste at all. Like a heavy fruit cordial. I was hoping that an alcohol free wine might be a good option for my alcohol-free days.

At last I’ve found you!

I have tried literally every none alcoholic Shiraz ( if there’s no Shiraz at a function - I have water!!!)

Australian and European and ALTINA is terrific. Find its best refrigerated - excellent.

Thanks for your help in tracking down a local supplier - he’s now my friend for life !!!

HOW WE MAKE OUR

NON ALC. WINES

We remove the alcohol from premium Australian wine and blend it with beautiful botanicals and native Australian ingredients. We don't add any sugars or grape juice concentrate, so our wines are dry (not sweet). The result is a beautifully nuanced, complex non alcoholic drink that mimics the experience of a fine wine.

OUR STORY

MEET THE FOUNDERS

We're Alan and Christina (Al-tina!), partners in business and life.

We used to enjoy a wine (or ten), but cut back for health reasons. We couldn't find a non-alc. drink we enjoyed, so decided to create one. We wanted something that wasn't full of sugars or artificial additives, and something that gave us the same experience as an alcoholic wine.

Christina is our scientist and has a Ph.D. in Plant Science and a Bachelor of Chemical Biotechnology. She's the one behind our innovative recipes and processes.

Alan is the driving force behind our national sales, making sure we're on shelves and menus around the country.

We've been making change in the non-alc. space since 2018 and look forward to helping you find your new favourite non-alcoholic alternative.
