Christina realised she wanted to change her relationship with alcohol she went from enjoying a glass of wine with dinner to enjoy the flavour, to downing one or more bottles a night to deal with stress. She has since changed her relationship with alcohol, but misses the joy of drinking something sophisticated and complex like a good wine or cocktail.
She is the (mad) scientist behind our cocktail concoctions, bringing a love of food, a Bachelor of Chemical Biotechnology and a Ph.D. in Plant Biology to the table. Together with experience in business consulting and strategy, Christina has a broad understanding of business process, design and governance.

Alan is passionate about reducing the stigma that alcoholic drinks are the only choice when socialising. He believes that people should be able to drink (or not drink) on their terms, without being judged. Alan’s enviable job of being Chief Taster is balanced out with endless number crunching and spreadsheets brought upon by his economic and accounting prowess. That’s what you get when you have a Bachelor of Economics (Hons) and Chartered Accounting qualifications – but he’s glad he can use it to do good.
